Situation Analysis

Gaining an in depth understanding of your financial position, goals and aspirations is fundamental to our process. We therefore ask you to complete our Personal Information Profile document to provide us with this information. Understanding your cashflow and your real cost of living is also essential to a successful outcome.

For this reason we request you complete our Cashflow Information Schedule. We then review and analyse with you the information contained in both documents. We listen carefully to you to make sure that we have a comprehensive understanding of your financial position and of your goals. We also acknowledge the strategies that have made you successful to date. We then construct an Initial Financial Model (IFM) that details your current financial position.
